Perspectives on a Local Church Game Plan

ChuckDr. George Hunter III will present a seminar titled “Perspectives on a Local Church Game Plan” on June 12, 2013 from 8:00 to 4:00 at the Parker United Methodist Church. 11805 South Pine Drive; Parker, Colorado 80134 See map for location!

Dr. Hunter is Distinguished Professor, Emeritus at The E. Stanley Jones School of World Mission and Evangelism on the Kentucky campus of Asbury Theological Seminary. He served as the founding dean of the E. Stanley Jones School. Prior to serving the Asbury community, Dr. Hunter was on the faculty at Perkins School of Theology and also served as a member of the Board of Evangelism. His lifelong research into the dynamics of effective congregations continues to guide pastoral leaders.

Dr. Hunter is one of the foremost experts on church growth and evangelism. He has published over a dozen books including his latest Should We Change Our Game Plan? which is hot off the press. It will be the focus for our work together for the June 12th seminar.

In addition he has also published How to Reach Secular People, Church for the Unchurched, The Celtic Way of Evangelism, Leading and Managing a Growing Church, Radical Outreach, The Apostolic Congregation, and the Recovery of a Contagious Methodist Movement.
