YOUTH! We are rolling along and preparing for our busy summer! It’s hard to believe we only have 2 months left until we’ll have several seniors graduating!
This summer we are taking two mission trips. A junior high trip to Cortez, CO, (June 26 – July 1) and a senior high trip to Tsaile, Arizona (July 24 – 30). If you’d like to attend one of these trips either as a youth OR as an adult chaperone, please let me know. We are especially still looking for adults to help with our junior high trip, if that is something you feel called to do. We would love to connect with more adults in our church!
If you feel called to help with the youth and think you could give up 4-6 Sundays of your year, we’d love to have you on our list as a youth Sunday School teacher. Our class is at 9:30 on Sunday mornings. It’s easy to just sign up for the Sundays that work with your schedule!
We have a couple of speakers scheduled to talk with us this year, lock-ins, hikes, a pool party and much more! We’re planning to be very active and work closely with the church through many different programs and groups. If you’d like to connect with us, hang out, watch or assist in group discussions, we’d love for you to join us on Sunday evenings! Junior High meets at 5:00 and the senior high meet at 6:30.
