Randy is a Colorado native who has served United Methodist congregations up and down the front range of the state for the last several years. He and his wife Sue live very close to the church with their 24 year old daughter Ana. You can learn more about Ana’s journey by linking to a YouTube video about her Special Olympics gold medal experience (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOctQ3roh-U). Sue and Randy are the founders of a ministry to abandoned and orphaned children called Global Hope. You can check out the ministry of Global Hope in Romania, Kenya, and India by linking to www.globalhope.org. They love the church, enjoy mission ministry, and spend most of their free time with the rest of their extended family. Sue and Randy have a back ground in the mental health field and were small business owners for a time. They both came to faith in a little United Methodist congregation in the city of Genoa, Colorado. They always call Genoa a ‘city’ even though it has a current population of less than 100 people! That little country church nurtured them to faith and launched them into ministry that has included extensive ministry around the world, serving the largest church in the Annual Conference, and providing leadership for the Beeson International Center at Asbury Theological Seminary. Drop by their home some day and say hello! You are always welcome!
