Youth Into the World Supports our Youth Who Have Graduated

Categories: Featured

Do You Remember Being on Your Own for the First Time?

Staying connected to your church can be challenging when you graduate and move on to “the real world.” Our Neighbor to Neighbor UMW Circle program “Youth Into the World” (formerly called College Care) is helping maintain those connections. Our goal is to provide encouragement to all of our 17 to 23 year old youth, whether they’re attending college/technical school, beginning a new job, going into the military or whatever ventures they are beginning. We will be assembling packets of goodies and a faith support book on Sunday, November 5th, at 9:30 am, at PUMC.

As a church family, you can support us in this ministry with money or goodies (nut free and individually packaged). You can donate online at parkerumc.org and choose give or write a check. Online please choose “Youth into the World” and indicate the same on your check.

Parents, we need to have current addresses for each youth. Please send that information or questions to Chris Ambors’ email: ambors1@comcast.net
