Fall Children's Sunday School Teachers Needed
As we prepare for Fall, we are still in need of help with our children's ministry. We are looking for people who are committed to helping provide a safe and loving environment for our children as they teach them about God and His love for them. If this sounds like something you could do one or two Sunday's a month, please email me at cody@parkerumc.org or call at the church office at 303-841-3979. Communion Offered Every Sunday
We offer Holy Communion every Sunday. On the 1st Sunday of each month it is offered at each of our 3 services. On the remaining Sundays of the month, it is offered in the Fellowship Hall at 9:10am.Monthly Men's Breakfast - 2nd Saturday of each month at 8am
All men are invited to our Monthly Men's Breakfast here at the Church on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 8am. Come for good food and fellowship. If you have any questions, please contact Jud Jaqua via jpjaqua@comcast.net.RETHINK!

Prayer - Daily Offices
As I mentioned in the sermon on Feb. 25th, Kathleen Flood has come up with a way to observe the 7 offices of prayer during the day from the Benedictines in a way that is possible when you do not live in a monastery. The purpose of these is to bring us back into contact and conversation with God throughout the day. The Latin name for the office is followed by the times. Click here for the 7 offices and the times.

Worship Services Times - Communion is served on the 1st Sunday of the month at all services and at 9:10am on the rest of the Sundays in the month
- Our 8:00 am Worship uses a traditional liturgy with traditional hymns and music led by the Good News Choir to help us center our worship experience. Children are encouraged to participate in the Children's Church after the Children's Sermon during this service.
- Our 9:30 am Worship is more informal with the same hymns as the 8am and fewer parts of the regular United Methodist liturgy. This worship has a variety of musical styles led by our choir.
- Our 11:00 am Worship, called iWorship, is a contemporary service experience led by a praise band singing lots of celebration music.
In all three services the sermon is based on the same scriptures with a slight variation in style. We hope you will find that one of these three services enhances your sense of God's presence as you worship.
