We offer interesting Adult classes on Sunday Mornings at 9:30am & at 11am. Check out the Sunday bulletin or the newsletter "The Cross & Flame" for class titles and details.
Classes include short and longer term studies, New Members Classes, all-Church studies during Lent, and other 1 time offerings.
DISCIPLE Bible Studies Offered each year
"If you make my word your home you will indeed by my disciples" - John 8:31
Each year, starting in September, we offer a variety of the "Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study" classes. Begin with DISCIPLE I, the foundation course, where you will read over 80% of the Bible. DISCIPLE I is strongly recommended before taking any of the other Disciple Classes. Each in the series runs from 33 to 34 weeks in length.
DISCIPLE II: INTO THE WORD / INTO THE WORLD - Old Testament Genesis & Exodus and New Testament Luke
DISCIPLE III: REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE - The Prophets & the Letters of Paul
DISCIPLE IV: UNDER THE TREE OF LIFE - The "Writings" and the books of John and Revelation
JESUS IN THE GOSPELS
Watch for sign up sheets starting in August and updates in the Cross & Flame and the Sunday bulletins.
We also offer some of the shorter term Disciple classes: Invitation to the Old Testament, Invitation to Romans, Invitation to Genesis, Invitation to the Psalms, Invitation to John, Invitation to the New Testament. These generally run 8 to 10 weeks in length.
